Transfer booking

Select the desired direction in the "Transfers" section on the top of the menu. After selecting a destination, you will find all relevant information in the internal page: description, time of trip, prices, methods of order and payment. You can book a transfer by filling out the contact form on our website.

If you need a transfer from an airport or a railway station, we recommend you to specify your flight arrival time as the beginning of your transfer. If you need a transfer from a hotel to an airport, specify the time you should be met at the reception. You will have to calculate the departure time by yourself. We recommend you to have a time margin of 2 hours for the airport check-in and 1 hour for the railway station check-in.

You can find the time en-route on our website in the internal transfer key among the icons. The second icon with the image of the clock indicates the time en-router.

Important: this duration is approximate and can vary depending on the traffic, time and date of transfer, public holidays etc.

When you book a transfer from the airport, you need to specify your flight number with both letter and numeral parts. Flight number is shown on the tickets.

When ordering, specify the full address of the arrival. The full address must contain the street, house number and city.

Example: Laisves ave. 60, Vilnius

Minimum order time during the daytime (9:00 – 21:00) - 3 hours before the trip, at nightime (21:00 – 9:00) - 12 hours before the trip.

It is possible to order a return transfer by filling out the contact form on our website and specifying in the comments the date, time and address when you wish book a returning transfer. It is possible to order a return transfer by email booking@vilniustransfer.com.

At specified when booking email within 12 hours after filling out the application should come confirmation of your order.

Payment

You can pay for transfer services:

1. By bank transfer;

For payment by bank transfer, you must specify the details of the customer to provide an invoice. An invoice (in which all information for payment will be indicated) you will receive by email.

2. By PayPal sistem;

It is possible to pay for the order through the PayPal system on our website. For PayPal payments we charge 6% service fee.

3. By credit card in advance;

For payment by credit card remotely, you must provide credit card details: number, expiration date, CVV code. After completing the payment, you will receive a receipt for payment indicated in the application email. We accept cards: Visa, MasterCard.

4. By cash / credit card in our office;

You can pay for your order at our office at Laisves ave. 60, Vilnius in advance by agreeing the time of the meeting with our managers.

5. By credit card to the driver;

It is possible to pay by credit card through the terminal directly to the driver upon completion of the trip. We accept cards: Visa, MasterCard, AmericanExpress.

6. By cash to the driver;

It is possible to pay for the provided transfer services directly with the driver in cash.

Important: when choosing to pay in cash to the driver and order a transfer in both directions, you must make the payment for two trips at once.

The price of the transfer includes the rental of transport, fuel, the services of a personal driver, meeting at the airport with a name sign or at any other address, assistance with luggage.

The price includes waiting time at the airport - 45 minutes, at a different address - 15 minutes.

We provide all the necessary documents about payment: check, receipt, invoice.

When paying in advance: Visa, MasterCard.

When paying through the terminal to the driver: Visa, MasterCard, AmericanExpress.

All payments are in Euro currency (€).

All prices are for transport in the same quantity in one direction.

All our prices are fixed and do not change depending on the time of day and day of the week.

Additional services must be paid directly to the driver. You can pay in cash or by credit card (if possible).

No, tips to the driver are not included in the price of the order.

Changes, cancellation

Any changes to your order must be reported to our manager by email booking@vilniustransfer.com or by mobile phone +370 645 45 124.

Important: by sending an order change by email it is important to receive a letter with confirmation of changes to your order. If you have not received a confirmation email, please contact by phone +370 645 45 124.

Cancel an order is possible by email booking@vilniustransfer.com or by phone +370 645 45 124.

Cancellation without penalty is possible 6 hours before the trip.

The penalty for cancellations 3 hours before the trip - 50 percent of the total amount of the order.

The cancellation penalty is less than 3 hours before the trip - 100 percent of the total amount of the order.

Refunds are possible by bank transfer or via PayPal system within 30 business days. When choosing to return funds via bank transfer, you need to specify the details of the bank and the recipient in the letter.

Refunds occur within 30 business days after receipt of confirmation of order cancellation. If after 10 days no refund is received, please check card balance history. If there is no notification about the refund, please contact us by email booking@vilniustransfer.com or by mobile phone +370 645 45 124.

For a more comfortable journey, we recommend choosing a more spacious transport. For example, traveling together, but with a lot of luggage is recommended to choose a minivan.

Meeting driver

When ordering a transfer from the airport, the driver will meet you in the airport meeting hall.

When ordering a transfer from the trail station, the driver will meet you immediately as you exit the customs zone.

When ordering a transfer from the hotel, the driver will meet you at the reception.

When ordering a transfer from any other address, the driver will wait for you at the address indicated at the nearest car parking zone.

When ordering a transfer from the airport, train station, hotel, the driver will meet you with a name inscription.

When ordering a transfer from any other address, the driver will be waiting for you at the specified address in the nearest parking lot. Vehicles and driver details will be sent to you via the email specified in the order information.

Our drivers speak Russian, Lithuanian, English, German and other languages. You can always indicate your wishes when placing an application in the comments.

Additional services

It is possible to rent a child seat when making an application in the comments. Please indicate the number and age of children.

Important: the cost of renting a child seat is 5 euros / seat, 3 euros / booster.

It is possible to rent a trailer when making an application in the comments.

Important: when renting a trailer, the cost of the transfer changes. The cost of renting a trailer is 30 euros.

It is possible to rent our transport with a driver for any trips in Lithuania and abroad. The cost of renting a vehicle with a driver depends on the date, time of the rental and the route of the trip. All prices are considered individually for individual requests by mail booking@vilniustransfer.com

If you need to make an additional stop or stay at any of the addresses, you can negotiate an additional cost of the service with the driver on the spot.

Payment for additional services must be made in cash to the driver or by credit card (if possible).

When traveling with animals, it is necessary to inform about this in advance in the comments when making an application on our website.

If your flight is delayed, please inform your driver directly or our managers by phone +370 645 45 124. We will try to reschedule your transfer or assign another driver and transport. The driver will track your flight and arrive at the meeting point on time.

If you arrived earlier than the scheduled transfer time, your driver may not yet be among those who meet you. Please wait for your driver in the meeting room.

You can contact your driver directly or our manager by phone +370 645 45 124 and inform about your arrival and place of waiting.

Important: if possible, wait for your driver and do not leave the meeting point by taxi. In such cases, we do not refund the amount paid for the transfer and you will incur double losses.

Non-standard baggage includes: bicycles, strollers, wheelchairs, skis or snowboards, large suitcases, golf clubs, animal cages, etc.

If you are traveling with non-standard luggage, please also ask our manager which class of transport you should choose for your transfer.

Important: if, when placing an order, you did not indicate the transportation of non-standard baggage and the selected class of car turned out to be insufficient for the transfer, the driver has the right to refuse to make the order and in this case, if possible, another transport will be sent as soon as possible for an additional fee.

An urgent order is an order placed later than 3 hours before the start of the trip. If you want to place an urgent order, place an order on our website. If you do not receive an early confirmation by mail, contact our manager by phone +370 645 45 124.

Important: the price for the implementation of urgent orders may be higher than the standard transfer price.
